Siobhan O'Leary is an experienced and highly regarded executive coach, leadership development professional and people & culture strategist. Siobhan launched Aubergine Partners, LLC in 2013 supporting growth organizations in fractional CPO roles developing people platforms steeped in values to drive results.

  

From 2013-2019, Siobhan served as Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Convene, an Innovative Workplace Hospitality Company. Under her leadership Convene was recognized by Smart CEO magazine, receiving the Top Company Culture Award; 2017 #11 Fortune Magazine Great Places to Work; and named by Forbes as one of the most promising companies. In 2018 Inc. Magazine named Convene Best Workplace. The coaching and leadership program Siobhan developed for Convene was named in the top five programs internationally by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2019. Upon the announcement of her transition from Convene, the executive leaders instituted “The Siobhan O’Leary Culture Award” to be presented annually to a leader in the organization that embodies values driven methodology enhancing the experience of every Convene colleague and client in the circle of influence.

Previously Siobhan spent over 25 years as a Human Resource Executive, predominantly in the luxury hospitality field. She has held senior level positions with Hyatt Hotels, Four Season Hotels & Resorts and The Carlyle, a Rosewood Hotel, and Rosewood Hotels and Resorts Corporate. Here she gained international experience, capitalizing on exposure to various cultures and the opportunity to develop local leaders. She has the distinction of having developed successful individuals all over the world.

Siobhan is certified as an executive coach from both the International Coach Federation and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. She earned a BS in Business/Human Resource Development from Louisiana Tech University. In 2007, Siobhan completed a Harvard Executive Education program and participated in a course at the French Culinary Institute in NY in 2008. She was invited to participate in the first Women in Leadership Forum in Abu Dhabi during Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week in 2015. In 2019 she was selected to partner with the Swiss Education Group to launch their Pro program worldwide. A native of New Orleans who resides in New York City, Siobhan recognizes that values underpin success in every culture. She is committed to an innovative approach toward achieving organizational, financial and individual results.
